Returns and Refunds
Hova will replace or provide a refund for defective goods or items damaged during shipping. BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE contact us at jim@hovadesign.com or call 888-456-3040 to obtain your return authorization number, or RMA. All products must be returned to Hova within 15 days of receipt. Your RMA number must be written prominently on the outside of the box you mail back to us or your return will not be processed. Shipping fees, taxes, and other service charges are not refundable and will be subtracted from your refund amount. The sender (you) covers shipping costs on all returns. All returns must be sent back UNUSED and in their original packaging.
If your order is not defective or damaged from shipping, yet you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Hova (unused and in the original packaging) for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. All other return policies apply.
Payment & Tax
Hova will not charge your credit card until your order has shipped. If you would prefer to talk to a real person, you may call us toll-free at 888-456-3040 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday to place a phone order. There is no sales tax on your order unless it is shipped to Massachusetts, or the buyer is a resident of Massachusetts.
Security
Online orders through our website are handled by a secure server. We do not sell or share your personal information with other companies. We will confirm your order through email, although we may need to contact you via phone or postal mail under special circumstances.
To the Trade
Please call us at 888-456-3040, 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday for wholesale costs and trade discounts. Qualifying resellers must present their valid federal tax ID number to obtain trade discounts.
Delivery Times
Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery, although shipments will typically take 7-10 business days. Delivery times may change periodically and without notice, so please contact us directly for an estimate.
